Who is Estonian Anthropocene Center NPO?
Estonian Anthropocene Center NPO is a non-profit organization (Mittetulundusühing i.e. MTÜ in Estonian) run by Estonian artists, scientist and cultural managers. Estonian Anthropocene Center NPO is the main organizer of Biotoopia conference.

What kind of data do we collect and keep?

- You enter our online conference platform Worksup

We collect and use your personal data mainly to keep you informed of Biotoopia news and updates, to send you information regarding your purchased ticket(s), and to perform direct sales of Biotoopia conference tickets.

These may include information and updates about the Biotoopia conference itself (e.g. venue, side activities, related content, conference program and any other relevant details about the conference), our conference tickets, our conference sponsors, promotions related to our conference and tickets and promotions of our associated sponsors and partners’ products or services. This communication is based on subscription and requires your consent.
- To send you information about your conference ticket(s) that you have purchased from us
- To perform direct sales activities in cases where legitimate and mutual interest is established
- To notify you about any problems or disruptions related to the Biotoopia conference

However, some services – i.e. purchasing our conference ticket(s), signing up for our online platform Worksup , volunteer registration and media accreditation – will require you to provide us with your personal data.
